Use this inventory as a way to guide the choices in your life. Seek to be in harmony with all beings and all things in Nature.
Definitions—The vocabulary we use to describe our relationships and worldview can often be confusing. Use these general definitions to guide you in answering the questions. Know that in other applications, these words may have different meanings.
Source/Oneness/God—these are all general terms to refer to a source of higher power and inspiration. Each of us may have a very different understanding. Please use the word that is most comfortable for you, and gives the most meaning.
Non-judgment—a way of thinking, often promoted in Zen Buddhism, that refers to releasing any thoughts of judgment, criticism, or resistance toward a person, object, or even a thought.
Nonviolence—in this context means not only non violence of deeds, but also nonviolence of words and thought. It is a way to deal with conflict in a compassionate, non-judging, peaceful way. It includes listening, compassion, compromise, and not arguing or aggression.
